We'll explain clearly how you become a share investor with others in a property, on whose name the property is registered, and how the rental income is shared among investors. Our goal is to make it easy for everyone, regardless of their prior investment experience.

How can we best explain to people how they'll make money and what kind of returns they can expect from their investment?

It's simple: you receive 9 to 10 months of rent based on your investment percentage. The remaining two to three months of rental income cover our services, insurance, house tax, and RTB registration. Any necessary repairs are paid for according to your share percentage, ensuring fairness and clarity in your returns.
